This policy covers the Everyday Ventures LLC internal operational alert messaging program at (508) 938-8600. The program's only recipients are the company's managing member and authorized operators; there is no consumer or customer messaging under this program.
What we collect
- The mobile number an authorized operator enrolls by texting START, and the messages they send.
- The enrollment record: the number, the START request, and its date and time.
How we use it
Enrolled numbers receive operational alerts about company systems: inbound-call events, system status, scheduled tasks, and conditions requiring attention. Message frequency varies based on system activity. Message and data rates may apply. Nothing else is sent.
What we never do with mobile information
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors that deliver our messages on our behalf.
- We do not sell phone numbers or message content.
Consent and opting out
Authorized operators opt in by texting START to (508) 938-8600 from the number they want enrolled; no one is enrolled any other way, and no consumer opt-in paths exist.
